nUnlock works fine for me. I have it auto lock my handset and it works nicely.

hi

you can use mykeylock, it's freeware and you can play around a lot with it.
on my satio i use double red button to lock and double green to unlock...

hi there!

there's a new star on the key-lock-apps-heaven!
PhonePhreak Software PocketSensor Automatic Keylock v1.0 S60v5

PocketSensor uses your phone's built-in proximity sensor to automatically lock the phone when it is put in a pocket. No need to bother with the lock slider any more!
PocketSensor uses the proximity sensor to detect if the phone is inside a pocket. (This sensor is located above your phone's display next to the earpiece.) PocketSensor replaces the function of the lock slider with an automatic keylock function: The phone automatically locks when the proximity sensor is being covered, and automatically unlocks when the sensor is uncovered again. When you make or receive a call, the automatic keylock deactivates.

enjoy-

Thanks @schnuff. I am currently using your previous suggestion mykeylock, it would only be better if the app had a wider range of hotkey options, but this is just enough.
