Okay... since nobody is takeing initiative for a mp4 p800 ftpserver, i am!
The server is up at
ftp://p800mp4.no-ip.org and dont require loginame.
There is currently not much there, but we were kind of hoping that ppl will share with eachother since we all want to have a nice place to go to when we want to download new movies for our SE P800-
So upload upload upload upload!
With any luck - ppl will upload and be very active and weŽll have a good library in a very short time!
So please! Be active, upload!
WeŽll all benefit from it!

I just read this,..and have downloaded the progs myself
The following steps should help you produce video to play on the P800:
First you need to get TMPGEnc to convert .ASF and .WMF to .MPG. No matter what the dimensions of the video are, this program changes it to 320x240.
Then you need to get VirtualDub to resize them.
Go to "video", "filters". "add" and "resize." Set the resize to 192x144.
Go to "video", "compression" and pick Microsoft MPEG-4 VK1 codec V1.
Then save as an AVI file.
Then convert it to an MP4 file.

From what I know, people use the MPEGable X4 encoder-package.
Should work great.

I don't really know of any other ones,..maybe somebody else does ?
