I notice in my w850i when I try to press down sometimes graphics becomes destorted I need to press power button until menu appears then its ok sometimes not and eventually turns white. Im forced to reinsert battery over and over again

Try re-Flash the Phone, or maybe Try the brazukas Display driver...
