> C510 Restore Error

I updated the C510 firmware and now I'm getting an error when I try to restore my backup.
It says
An error occurred during te restore operation and your content on phone might be corrupt.
The back up file on your computer is unharmed and with that you can repeat the restore operationg to correct any errors on your phone.
Please I need to sort this out as I can't afford to lose the contacts.

I renamed the .dbk file to .zip and extracted and got my contacts.
