Found the solution, If installed on phone then delete these 4 files:
C:/sys/bin/VoIPAudioIntfc.dll
C:/sys/bin/VoIPAudioServer.exe
C:/sys/bin/VoIPAudioSession.dll
C:/sys/bin/VoIPJitterBuffer.dll

If on memory delete the same files as well, I think you might have to connect in mass storage mode to get access to the files. But this should get the voice working

Thank you very much for the valuable information. Could you send me the files in the archive (e.g. rapidshare.com) ?

Thanks for the hint. I have all earned. Here is an accurate statement: problem with Fring fully resolved:
1. Hack Satio from Hello 2.XX
2. Put Fring on your c: drive (e:, then enter adjustments in further text)
3. From c:/sys/bin/hash in the folder c:/sys/bin copy the following files: VoIPAudioIntfc, VoIPAudioServer, VoIPAudioSession, VoIPJitterBuffer.

Then run Fring and you provided voice communication on SIP protocol.
