How long does it take a service centre to up grade the firmware on a T68i ?
Also mine is r2b025 is it worth upgrading ?

The actual upgrading of the phone takes around 20 minutes, the rest depends on how good the net connection of the service center is. It took around 1 hour and 30 minutes to upgrade my phone. If the firmware for you r phone is already in the service centers computer, then it will take just 20 minutes to upgrade.
I upgraded my T68mc from R2E006 to R6A012 just yesterday.
