Can you use the Sync Station to send video files and mp3's ? If so how the hell do you do it as mine seems to say the format is not allowed or it just doesn't work.

The files transfered must be sent to the correct folder. GIF/JPEG to the Image folder, Word, Excel to the Document folder, mpg-4 to the Video folder etc.
