this is Free 4 All i want to share it to all
lets start step by step
1. go to "my network places"
2. click "view network connections"
3. right click mo sa "Local Area Connection" then properties
4. double click mo sa " Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) "
5. Lagyan nang Check ang "Use The Following IP Address" Use The Following Dns Server Address"
ok here is the Assemble IP

192.168.252.239
255.255.255.0
192.168.224.1
121.1.3.208
121.1.3.199
-----------------
Then go to Dos Command or "CMD"
then type ": Ping
http://www.yahoo.com -t
kapag merong Reply IbigSabihin meron n kayung Internet ..
Example Reply:
Reply from 68.180.206.184: bytes=32 time=121
Reply from 68.180.206.184: bytes=32 time=115
Reply from 68.180.206.184: bytes=32 time=112
Reply from 68.180.206.184: bytes=32 time=125
Reply from 68.180.206.184: bytes=32 time=120
ibigsabihin ang internet mo ay Nag Active na ..
pero hindi ibigsabihin ang disconnected mung broadband
ay pwede mo nang magamit.
maari pa nating gamitan nang USA ip para mag 100% work tlaga e2
ngunit ang program na dapat ay ituturo ko masyadong nakakapinsala sa pangkalahatan
kaya mas minabuti ko pang i lagay sa private ang program na heto
pasensya na sa lahat ...
naway ma intindihan nyu ako

kung talagang mababypass mo ang smart bro plan, ituloy mo ang thread na inumpisahan mo...kapag hind mo ito itinuloy, ibig sabihin isa ka lang mapagpanggap, hambog at palalo.
