Ditching My C902 for Samsung Omnia
Guys, I got a deal I couldn't refuse, I was offered an Omnia (few months used by my friend) for around US$230 , in fact the price of a Brand new C902 here in my country, So I agreed with the deal,
few questions.
1. How to easily synchronize the contacts, notes, calendar notes on my C902 to the Omnia (WinMo 6.1)
2. How hard it would be to go to the complex WinMo UI from simple and amazing A200
3. Do I deserve to be kicked out from esato for ditching the C902
BTW, I will be doing a Camera comparison between these two soon

I think there is a software cd included to easily synchronize contacts. Omnia is a Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone with re-skinned TouchWiz interface, so you might easily learn to use it. But, trudging on the hidden sub-menus of WM6.1 will reveal its ugliness.
Too many menu clicking, dated interface, finger-unfriendly menus and a pc-like experience. Not that it is particulary bad (because of skinning), but you have to acquire patience to Windows Mobile to appreciate it (a stylus is a deal breaker anymore). Aside from these caveats, WM6.1 is perfectly suitable for business users.
You might check the Windows Mobile forum in Esato, I'm sure Esato is not that evil to kick you out.

Sony Ericsson offers a
great free service for synchronization and backup of most of their phone models. However, this does not include Windows Mobile devices. I am switching mobiles quite often these days, and it is hard to transfer user data to and from WM devices. I am doing fine with OpenOffice and haven't installed any MS Office products, so Outlook is not an option.
Microsoft has the
My Phone synchronisation service which works fine, but it is only compatible with Windows Mobile devices.
The Sony Ericsson PC Suite does not support direct sync with Windows Mobile devices, so I think the only option you have is to buy/install MS Office and sync your userdata via the office package.

Saw this service in response to a similar Q while back - if both phones are supported may help if you trust them with your data.
Mobical
does the sony software suite support Thunderbird on Windows at all these days? Or can you copy phone contacts/diary into the Gmail Java client?

I did a synchronize with the Outlook (Windows Vista) a while back with my K550, so synchronize the Outlook with the Omnia might work right ?
