I have some questions about the usability of the Satio.

1- Is it possible by adjusting my setting settings or maybe an app to completely switch off internet but it switches on to dual mode if you use an program which requires internet?

Example: My internet is switched off (or GSM), but when I want to run roadsync or facebook it will switch on to dual mode internet.

I would like to know, because I want the run my Satio as battery efficient as possible!

2.1- Does anyone know a app which give me the possibility to view the time when my Satio is key-locked? It's annoying to release the key-lock just to watch the time.
2.2- A comperable wish. With some old SE phones you could use the volume buttons on the side (adjusting volume and switching numbers) when the phone is key-locked is this somehow possible with the Satio? Again its annoying to release the key-lock before I can adjust the volume or switch a number.

If anyone has any idea's how to adjust the settings in my phone or a possible app who can make this happen, please share.

Regards,

Answer to Qs 1 -
Yes you can change the network in Settings > Connectivity > Network > Network Mode = GSM (in stead of Dual mode).
Then, Settings > Connectivity > Destinations > set your access point preference
In your browser (Opera or in-built) set the connection to ask you and confirm in stead of any particular choice.
Everytime you want to go to internet, it will then ask while you are not using only GSM.

Answer to Qs 2.1 - No idea.

Answer to Qs 2.2 - You could use any of the buttons the 3 buttons to do the same. In locked mode, it gives a warning to unlock, but briefly lights up the screen for your to watch the clock. Not the same functionality SE's own UI as in K800 though.

Hmm, I don't remember it being unsigned, but I've had it since almost day one with the Satio, like late october/early november. Download the most recent version and try sign it, should work, or if your Satio is hacked (mine is'nt) it should install anyways. Link text...
