Hi,

I got a P800 that i would like to sync with outlook 2000 on windwos 2000. The thing i have found out so far is that when i use USB i takes several minutes before the p800 icon apers in the taskbar. And if i try to access the my p800 with windows explorer to uploade a file i can't do it because the memory dirves does not apers. and if i try to sync it i just get an error. But if i try it with the IR port on my laptop it works just fine. Any one with the same problem that have solved this issue? I would be realy gratefull of any help that i can get.

I have downloaded the P800 sync program 1.1.1 but it didn't get any better. But i think it has some thing to do with the USB connection since it woks fine with IR.

I use P-800 and sync-station with laptop with XP-PRO and XP-office/Outlook,..it worked first time I connected it.
Also works with IR

If the USB is connected properly, you should get a small icon called M-Router (two arrows) in the taskbar .

I installed the complete CD-rom PC-suite for P800.
