Paki try na lang po, N3100 lang phone ko, di ko pa natry kong working. ;D
*Some Observation:
Regarding po sa UBT world, napansin ko lang na, mas mainam na gawing Numeric ang proxy kapag ilalagay sa Proxy settings ng Phone naten.
Q: Ano po ang Numeric?
A: Yan po ang Numeric equivalent ng isang proxy or website or IP Address, example ang juiceandgin.com, katumbas nya ay 216.130.170.177
Q: San po pwede magconvert ng IP Address?

Or for those having hard time connecting, try po naten na emanual config naten ang connection settings naten, napansin ko lang kapag sa Network Operator tayo nagrequest ng settings, my instances na kapag enedit naten ang proxy, may time na hindi umuubra. So better way is na emanual naten.
