do i HAVE to use and install Helloox2 in order to use ovi maps and other unsigned apps, or can i just sign them and send them to my phone? Also, is it normal for the satio to warn you that it 'could cause potential serious harm' to the phone when installing these apps? And where can i download the Application from? thankyou.

Don't cos Ovi map doesn't work properly on Satio (at least the latest usable versions). It recalculates when you're on a highway and jumps about when you're standing still. Try it for yourself and report back. Google 3.01 09wk44 and download! But if you are going to use Ovi, yes, you need to hack using helloOx which works only on older firmware.

Buy a garmin asus nuvifone g60
and you have a great GPS phone the only con is that you don't have much apps to use and the camera quality is not as great as the satio

I've installed the Route66 sis file onto my satio, and it seems to work ok. Haven't done any difinitive tests yet.

However I got my route66 pc software from my samsung i8910, so not sure if you get any free maps if you download route66 from their website or not. I chose a Nokia N97 for the sis file that route66 produces for your handset. Like I said, it seems to be working. I synced the maps onto the phone no worries.
