Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and I could do with a little help with my satio!

Basicially, It will not connect with my PC in any mode, I have formatted my PC completely, done all the resets on the phone etc, and I cannot connect to anything!

I have narrowed it down to the phone's memory card, as it became corrupt and I had to format it meaning I lost the PC companion settings and the drivers that come on the memory card!

Could ANYBODY, please upload the data from their memory card, as in the startme.exe etc and the PC companion So I can use a card readed to transfer it to my card and see can I get this thing working before I bin it and get a blackberry.

Many thanks,

Sorlith!

Yeah I've tried it.

The problem is the phone wont connect to the PC at all.

My k850i connects no problem, installs drivers and away it goes.

So I unistalled everything SE related on my machine, and reinstalled from the satio disk. Still nothing. When I plug the USB in, the phone charges and thats it.

I needed the Pccompanion files to load to my memory card, the folder that contains startme.exe etc.

It's either that or Ill have to send it back to 02 for a memory card reload....

Any help is appreciated!

The phone worked with the PC perfectly until the memory card got corrupted and I had to format it.

What if you connect the phone without memory card?

nothing at all mate.

The phone drivers arent installed, as they install off the memory card when you first plug the phone in!

As I've formatted both my PC and the mem card, I have no drivers, PC suite installs generics, not the actual phone drivers.

All I need for is for someone to open their memory card on their pc, copy the pc companion folder and send it to me.

someone with a satio obviously!

Cheers.

turn off your satio and turn it back on then open pc suite and click at the top somewhere saying connect device (or something like that) then when it says connect the satio connect it then it will install the drivers then it should work
