> My MW600 froze up (
Bookmark topic
Hi
I have had a MW600 for a few weeks, and been using it with my HTC Legend without issues. But about a hour ago, the headset suddenly gave of the "disconnecting" tone while i was listening to music. And now it appears frozen, the display is constantly on, and shows the BT icon and the battery (about half full). No matter which button (combination) i press/hold nothing happens. Also tried plugging in the charger, which also does nothing.
Anyone got an idea on how to reset it or at least get it switched off?
Oh and i did "RTFM" but it dosen't say anything useful :/

Sometimes these things happen to me, on other things though but I just let the battery drain out and when I've charged it again it works as well as always.

Thanks, hadn't thought of that... But now it kinda sucks that the standby time is 500 hours and there is around half left

Oh battery is half full.
you've got to go a long way.
Try to push the on/off switch for one minute. See what happens. If you are lucky enough, your handset will be turned off.

Or maybe there is something you can plug in, not charger, but something that drain the battery normally.

Ahh it was actually drained completely this morning. So i charged it for a bit, and now it works again
Annoying, i think i shall contact SE and hear if there is a better solution should it happen again.

I've never seen someone so happy with an empty battery.
My MH100 refused to turn on some weeks ago, SE replaced it without looking at it first.

Hehe yeah, it's a first for me too
Don't have a dedicated SE center nearby, so i would probaly have had to wait quite some time if i had chosen to return it.
