> Movie certificate expires !
Bookmark topic
Hi,
Some days back I tried playing some movie already downloaded rom playnow-arena.
But to my surprise it says the certificate expired. I am wondering is this because of the HelloOx2 hack and subsequent upgrade to new firmware ? Does anyone else face the same problem ? Could someone please help me on this ?
Thanks

Just checked with a film I downloaded a few weeks back and haven't watched yet. After it downloaded the license it told me it was valid until September something. When did you download the movie?

I have experoienced something similar, but I imagined it was because I replaced the memory card with a bigger one, and did not manage to copy all hidden files, perhaps including license files. But it was easy to obtain a new license simply by following the instructions on the phone.

Yes, tried couple of times with the instructions and it still said the certificate expired.
But I think (correct me pls) that the certificate was valid for 1 year.
If that be the case then I activated in Dec 09 means it should have been active until end of this year !!

Thatīs right, you can download and watch movies in one year time, but you have only 90 days for each movie, counting from first day on play-now arena. If your movie is still on play-now, you can watch it, but not after disappearing from site.

Ah.. thats something which I was overlooking. So the 90 days passed means I cannot see it anymore
Is there anyway I can hack this license and still enjoy the movie.
