I have to give credit to Sony Ericsson for making a great phone!

In the past few years I've been complaining (a lot) about silly design decisions, lack of various stuff and etc. Something has always been missing from the last many many devices from SE in my opinion.

But I've recently held the Elm in my hands, and I just have to say WELL DONE SE!

The Elm is really a great device! Great buttons for texting, LOTS of features, great camera and video-recording, really fast UI - and everything for an amazing price!

*Applause*

Let's see more of this in future devices!!!

I think we will & also an improvement in cameras too. Lets see what the Hazel will be like. The Elm is a little gem of a phone which has been a surprise to everyone. I am unhappy though cos my Elm was stolen by kids

I agree completely. I had a play with one yesterday and my only regret is that I didn't have enough money with me to buy one and I dont get paid for another month. Its a very nice phone indeed and fits nicely in the hand with good buttons.

Only things I hate about the Elm are slightly darker screen than normal, not very strong signal & poor flash.

how good does Elm handles flash wallpapers?
sorry if i compare it with my Naite.
for example, i put Harp on and it will become laggy on the standby animation after several seconds.
Thank you very much sir!

Elm is a great designed phone. I always knew this when I first saw the news posted here.
Let's hope end users, fans of are kind enough to vote with their dollars.

Because u are using modified one. Remember that an original one was flashlite 3.0 while Naite using 2.1

At first sight the topic looked ironic..
agree, Elm is a complete phone which has all the features you "need".
Except its 2010 and should have been like this like 2007..mostly thinking about VGA video recording.
Everything else is the same.
Not that I doubt in this phone couse am looking myself for a simple device with a decent price, camera, musicplayer and gps. (No custom EQ avaiable, why?)
