Would anyone know if it is possible to export contacts from the X10 to add to Outlook on pc?

I have mine backed up to memory card and synced with the Sony Ericsson service but need a way to be able to sync with Outlook.

i backup my contacts to the sd card and having had a look in
the \\system\\PM folder there appears to be a "selection" of vcf files
all in date and time order from when I've done backups.

i don't have outlook so can't try them out .......

That \\system\\PIM selection just seems to be recent added contacts, there single contacts although I have added others and there not there.

I wonder what the HTC Desire uses to backup to PC? surely we could use the same.
