Having a problem with a vivaz in regards to MMS. Picture received is too small compared to the original sent. This may be due to the network. Phone is on the T-mobile USA network.
I already tried to go to SE support, had sent the MMS settings to my phone, choosing USA-> T-Mobile-> Vivaz-> phone#. I received the message and saved like it told me to. Yet the problem still exists.
Did the MMS settings sent not work, does everyone have the same problem or is it only me?
Hopefully t-mobile/SE could fix the problem soon. very annoying when u can't received a normal sized picture message.
Also, exact same problem with the Nokia N97 Mini. I still need a fix on that one as well...
Any info regarding to this issue, please feel free to post. Please and thank you.

Do you have this problem getting mms from any operator and any devices?
Have you try to configure your vivaz vith other operator sim?
Vivaz have resizing option in sending not in reception.

goto messaging.options, multimedia message, picture size and set to large.
dont know if this works but worth a try.

@SimonZ: which operator settings I should download then? cuz I tried it with T-mobile many times, but it doesn't fix it. maybe I should try other operator settings, just in case, but can I undo the settings if it doesn't work?
@daviep: I tried that, at least on the n97 mini, which uses the same symbian OS. i doesn't seem to affect incoming/receiving message, but outgoing/sending messages. but I'll still try that just in case.

In MMS settings, do you have the creation mode set to restricted? On mine, if it's on restricted it only allows small images to be sent but on guided or unrestricted, you can choose large.

No, that doesn't seem to fix the problem.
btw, it was guided before, not restricted.
