There you have it! This is the official thread for the very first official season of the Opera Mini Skinning Festival.
With the theme:
2010 Philippine National Elections
Official Rules and Guidelines:
1. Your Opera Mini's skin (splash screen and colors) must be related to the theme "2010 Philippine National Elections". They may be candidates, advocacy's, or anything related to the upcoming elections.
2. Only one skinned Opera Mini per member. Once the entry is casted, he/she cannot change it.
3. The Opera Mini must be modified by the person entering.
4. They may upload their entries in any site they want as long as they will provide a working link.
5. They must provide the link and the splash screen photo used on this thread. Providing screenshots is appreciated.
5. They may post their entries from today (April 29, 2010) till 12:00AM of May 7, 2010 (GMT +8).
6. All members may vote for their skin of their choice from 12:01AM of May 7, 2010 till 11:59PM of May 9, 2010 (GMT +8).
7. The winner will be announced anytime on May 10, 2010.

Ayan dalawa palang reng broad vs fafi liteski palang. Sayang di ko pwde gamitin mga pc sa ofiz para magmode. Ahehe baka magloko at mawala mga files buti kung hindi pa mageelection.
