One observation, when I use VGA as the photo resolution, I always get an exposure time of 1/4 seconds while my ISO is 640 even on bright spots.

actually even c901 can do it too,almost all phones equipped with xenon can
xenon flash wont last long 100miliseconds if im not mistaken
so phones equipped with that needs a very fast shutter
there's some issue about k850 and satio that xenon flash is much weaker compare to others (e.g. c901) but the problem is not on the xenon, its in the shutter speed.
