I don't know what happened, but all of a sudden it started to become very slow. Then it stopped working!!!
I can turn it on but it does not go further than the first

logo.
Is there a way to reset the whole thing from that posission?
First time ever I've had any kind of

troubble.

Did You by any chance get the P800 upgraded ?
I read that some P800's went "dead" after the upgrade, that just came out.

No, I was considering doing it but never got around to it.
The light comes on and everything seems to be normal for about 5 seconds and then it freezes completly. The computer dosen't find it eigther if I put it in the cradle.

That`s the second or third one on here with the same problem so it must be recognised by SE, i`m a little worried as they are`nt sold here yet & it just seems a matter of time.
The post i read on here said there is no cure but replacement.

I have had my P800 upgraded with the new software package.
It works like a charm!
Before you go and have your P800 upgraded, do an upgrade as it will clean it's user data completely. Luckly, restoring it again makes it just the way it was. You might have to uplad the stuff, restart as you are asked, allow a few minutes to pass and then restart it again to gain full functionality. My Email clients didn't work untill after 2 restarts.
My recommendation to every user of the P800 is:
Make a backup of your P800 on a regular basis. There were problems with it's predecessor, the R380 when it somehow lost all user data.
I'm not saying the P800 inherited this problem, just it's better to be safe than sorry.
