Can anyone recommend an easy way to backup my C905 file system?
I have implemented so many mods, and tweaks, I would like to be able to backup the TPA and IFS folders at least so I can restore it easily later if I ever have to re-flash.

thanks!

You can do it two ways:

If your phone is CID53:Extract the files from A2 Uploader to your PC
If its CID 52: Use A2 Uploader

thanks mriley,

yea, i have used the codeclaw CID53 file extractor, and it works great as long as I have each individual file listed for backup.
I was hoping for more of a true backup/restore solution, where I could quickly backup & restore all my customizations and apps installed if I have to re-flash.

Dump can backup file systems that are unmounted. Dump does not change file system meta data when the file systems are backed up. Using dump, the backup window is reduced. Generally, dumping file system is faster than any other backup method. The main disadvantage of dump is the backed up file system data might be corrupted. Dump does not provide file system consistent view. Dumping an active file system may result in a backup image that cannot be restored. Dump is also very file system specific: a dump from one OS cannot be restored on a different OS. For more information, see dump information. Dump supports backup of only complete file systems. Finer granularity of file system backups is not possible.
