i there any phone with built in thermometre? With super bluetooth hack i recognized that there is one function - temperature and checking it out it showed actual temperature in my phone! And i think, is any app to use this feature?

Phones do have internal sensors for measuring battery and phone temperatures. There are a number of elves (and indeed patches) which can show this information on the standby screen.
