The boot logo is made up 30 different pictures and looks simple enough to change
Load Dalvik Debug > File Explorer
System > SEMC > Startupshow > Default
startupshow_00 to startupshow_29
I've also extracted the Timescape.apx and Moxiermail.apk from the phone as well.

Unable root, this is impossible to change.
So it seems very nice and appreciated the information but unfortunately it seems impossible to obtain root.
