what currently works and doesn't work, I use the PC Suite every month but if I remember correctly the notes don't back up properly and there may be an issue with the contacts, can anyone confirm that this facility is now working and reliable.

i would not dare go near pc suit its terrible at backing up lost some of my contacts when i flashed my x10 from vodafone to generic. try using an alternative i just use isync now, easier too since i dont need to use my win xp bootcamp.
