You have 2 options. Goto settings and under the tab marked General there will a set up option (can't remember the exact title just have a look). Select it and one of the options will say something like settings download. Select it and agree to connect to the internet. This will use the phones internet connection to download the Orange settings. You can't change the O2 shortcut unless you debrand your phone or hack it.

There is a hidden connection already built onto the phone called SEMC. When you run the Settings Download application your phone will connect via that method or it will connect via wifi (if you have that turned on and connected already).
Of the phone finds the server it will download what internet,MMS settings it needs automatically. You wont need to do anything else.

I have O2 phones and I know this works as I've done it plenty of times.

You could also try the link below

I do have all the settings for Orange, Vodsfone, T-Mobile etc (Internet and MMS) but the Orange ones are for Pay Monthly tarrifs I think. Not sure if Orange Pay and Go uses the same settings.

Try the above first and if it doesnt work. PM me and I'll get back to you asap.

Thanks for all the info.Found an easier way.On the orange website go to 'orange internet wap set up' enter your phone details, they send you a text....and its done! Easy. This seems to work on any phone either o2,vodafone,3 etc as long as phone is unlocked and you want orange internet.
