> Aligning & mounting P800 onto the cradle

I always have problem while making my P800 sit onto the cradle. I have to take out and align the holes several times before i could charge or sunc. Not much is said in the manual. May be im doing the wrong way! Can someone help? THk u.

I just slip it onto the cradle. Take the phone bent forward, align the contacts with the plug, and then bend the phone back. No force needed at all.
Always works for me. My only problem is that my PC wont recognize the phone everytime, but contact is always fine, since charging is no problem.
