While i hotsync P800 with PC, i get the following msg

"A program is trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do u want to allow this? If this is unexpected this may be a virus and u should choose 'NO' "

When i choose YES, another same message pops up and this happens for about 20 to 30 times before ending synchronization. It is so annoying but everything seem to be synchronised.

Can anybody advice on this problem? THks

Its a safeguard Microsoft put in to help prevent viruses from mailing everyone in your contacts in outlook. I find the default 1 minute to be not long enough so it asks again. try 3 or 5 mins if you have a lot of contacts.

When the message pops up, there should be a drop down arrow beside the "1 minute" choose 3 or 5 minutes... that should be enough time.
