I have paid him too for an iphone by the way as well before this thread gets locked.
I am a bit concerned this person is messing some of us around here.
By the way this is not the first time

has anyone else been promised one of these too?

regards Yasman

your money was refunded in full yasman as we agreed via PM so dont say you paid for something when you did not.

I waited for 8 hours outside the store and got nothing the one that has been sold was done so on behalf of a close friend

Many Thanks Paul

you agreed to sell me the one that was to be delivered 28th June
Since you were going to the store on launch date I paid you early for the iphone that was reserved for me.
SInce you said that you did not get one at the store. The agreement was that the one arriving tommorrow would be the one that would be sold to me.

So i want to know why it is being sold to someone else for more money.

Where is the one that was sold to me for arrival tomorrow?

I have now also received a text from xperia_man saying that there is a recall of iphones 4 and so he has cancelled his order for the iphones he reserved as he would never want to pay for faulty goods.
the questions that arise from that are:
Why are you then selling something you deem to be faulty to other people for more money than?
sound very much against the principle you have just set in your text message.

secondly has anyone heard of this all of a sudden mysterious recall?

thirdly woould it not be common sense to call the person you have sold the iphone too to inform them that there may be an issue with iphones and aks if I would like too cancel the sale?

This is not the first time you have made an elaborate story now is it?

regards Yasman

There were reports of a recall in some newspapers...this has now been confirmed that the report was taken from a spoof Twitter account for Steve Jobs and is not true.
