Can someone advise me please. My X10 Mini is acting strange. Whilst charging most of the time it only reaches 98%. Now I have tried cleaning the ends of the charger no joy and blowing into the socket in case of dirt no joy. I tried charging with phone off no joy there either. Also another thing is when I first plug the charger in it charges for a few seconds then stops. Then it starts and stops charging one more time before carrying on. Then finally after it says 98% for hours it finally reaches 100%. What the hell is going on? This battery problems with Sony Ericsson are starting to really annoy me now.

Mine only reaches 99%

The last charge lasted for 5 days with 2 hours of use

BUT the battery was still at 20% => the phone shut down !!!!

It only gets charge at 99-98%
dont worry its still more than 100% ..it just keeps some additional battery power as backup ..
cheers

The Desire is a very different phone, much more powerful but a lot bigger. I'd choose one over an X10 any day but the X10 mini is a lovely little thing worth serious consideration, especially if size and looks are an important factor. Sony Ericsson on the other hand have gone to extremes and made this really small. The X10 Mini is smaller than the Nokia 6500 Slide is when it’s closed. It’s not necessarily a bad thing either.
