Is it possible to save games and applications when using SE update service?

When I use the update manager built in the phone, it says "no new updates available ", but SE update service finds a new update for the phone, but I don't want to loose all my applications, I've payed for many of them and such.

I have a SE W715 with firmware R6A018

Move applications/games to Phone memory (not Memory Stick) and use A2uploader.
Click File System Tool on A2uploader and open: TPA > PRESET > SYSTEM > AMS
Then click right button (Read) on *.jad & *.jar file(s) on applications/games.
When you are ready -> Shutdown FS manager
Open folder ph_out (in same directory where is A2uploader) and can install again same applications/games before update via SEUS.
