new carphonewarehouse catalogue says expected march (bloke said by end of march), 3650 late feb, i is gettin which ever comes out first, i cant be arsed waitin any more.

I phoned the CPW and the guy said they had no idea, but he hoped it would be out early March, so late March must also be a guess. I reckon they don't know anything more than us. I hope.

I'm still hoping on a 24th Feb release now!

I visited CPW today spoke to a guy who actually new a bit... He said a sony rep was in yesterday and that they were pushing for release this month.. Still nothing definate.. This message was posted from a T68i

Like i've said many times before...

We hope Feb, but we can only tell people what we are told by SE and the basic fact is that they themselves do not know, they just give expected month, not even date and nothing, i repeat NOTHING is ever confirmed and definate in this industry!!!

The company also tries to under promise and over deliver so saying March is trying to better what we say.

Hi,

Well, SE Eshop is still saying 24th Feb for the Sim free version. I said I'd heard rumours that the first shipment would be the 17th and Emma at Eshop said they hoped so too, but 24th would be the official date. Sounds like they all want one too!!

I reckon that the providers will get the phones out later than that date as they will need to alter the phones slightly with startup logos etc.

Oh and I was thinking about getting an import but those phones will not have been tested on UK networks so that could be why a few people are having some issues with lockups etc.
