have recently been having few issues with my phone, and noticed im still running the original firmware R1CB001.

Installed SEUS, follows all intrustions, gets to where it has progress line for installing the firmware.
The update starts but after about 30secs, i hear the sound from my pc as if ive just unplugged something from usb and then few seconds later as if something has been plugged back into usb, then the bar just jumps to the enter and says update complete.

Turned phone on again, checks software version and still shows as being same as it originally was.

Does anyone have any ideas on whats happening and any possible fix? thanks

think i have the right firmware now, but whats all this custpack bit about at the bottom? can i leave that alone and just do the firmware update or not?
