I cant access games and application folder on my se w890i it says 'operation failed' I tried to master reset but still no success, when I try to update the software it says I have the latest software. What should I do? I love ma phone. Help please.

Updating or flaring the phone is the way to solve it. Your phone is an A2 phone. Look for a tutorial in the sticky thread at the top of the software forum.

I know nothing about flashing so will u pls tell me all requirements I need to flash ma phone. Right now I have got only A2 file access and flashing tool.

Well, from all that, now I see updating as the best way to solve the problem according to my knowledge. So is there any other web rather than that of se which offers free updating service maybe I can roll back to the older software. Tried to search thru google still no success, help pls!

I dont think any other web providing free flashing for sony phones. You have to click on the link given by mr-lou. You can download softwares from these sites.

if you got SEUS, your computer should have them
one more thing
SEUS always says that you have the latest software I've got a K770 and I used to have the same "Operation failed" problem
After updating my phone works like new
