Today, i was trying to update my phone software, but my phone already had the latest software..........i decided to reinstall it (i had some problem- my phone's screen went white while using GPRS).
The software was downloaded but when installation was about to start, the Update service showedme an error- Please check that your phone's battery is 100% charged (mine was 59% i think) so i unplugged the USB cable and tried to TURN ON the phone but it didn't start.................even the red LED did not flash.
Please help me
