Sorry I've looked for the answer but can't find one. When tring to link my t68 with my pc using the fone data suite it keeps saying at the bottom of the screen COM link failed - its a if the phone isnt there. Please, how can i fix this

I have the phone data working ok - but i use the ericsson software instead as it is much better - the FDS from MAT only lets you edit name and number and does not let you do anything else.
are you using the usb version is so do this.
Uninstall the fds software.
make sure you have set up the serial converter for the usb and set it to com 3 or 4
make sure that you do not reserve the comms port in the ericsson phone setup program otherwise it will never work (took me 3 days to find that)
