What Nokia phone can be bought at a maximum of 13000 Php? I want something stable(minimal bugs) as I am just an SMS type of person, never really a camera geek, and some media player and games will do..

I think you should go for Nokia C2-03 Touch and Type. It has 2 MP Camera, 1600x1200 pixels with 2.6 inches display. This phone is fully touch screen with keypad. You can easily write the msg by using keypad.
