Then press advance change the proxy and port.
Sa proxy part put
Votethru.com
Sa port
80
Finished.
Then try to prioritize that connection to number 1.
Assuming you have downloaded the original om 10, open mo na and lalabas yung votethru.com homepage. Work muna ako. Try ko maghagilap ng 5800 dito. Just post your queries, i'll answer you on my break. Let's make it work, don't worry.

K800i? Anyway, no modding needed for the OMob 10 to work for free. Just use a working PHProxy or Glype, likewise goarthur77 stated. FYI, a PHProxy is used to bypass network security restrictions. In FBT, it is used for built-in browsers, like Opera Mobile; NetFront; OpenWave; S60 browser and other propertiery mobile web browsers, for free browsing.

Open your Opera Mobile, then, type
opera:config
scroll down, look for Proxy, edit the HTTP server to:
votethru.com:80
check the box Use HTTP
Save
At the address bar type:
m.smart.com.ph
and you are set to go...

i am now using opera mobile 10.1 beta fresh from opera official website. Mabagal nga lang (globe network).
