Which is best that:
1) doesn't have a GPS
2) does have a GPS
1-nokia 3210?
2-alcatel from tesco ~£15 & a £30 external gps?

Well, you'd probably want a phone with a GPS built in as it'll probably be a bit cheaper. Once you get that, just install a program onto the phone like
InstaMapper onto the phone and you're done. Just be sure to get the phone on the data plan unless you want crazy charges.
