I just got the phone yesterday. Found only 2 problems with it, im having trouble with the headphones i got with it, for some reason they keep falling out (even though they are in ear?) and the sound in comparison to when i plug in my ipod touch headphones is terrible. Would i be able to use iphone headphones with a mic instead? Would the mic work? Also I have done some searching but cant seem to find an answer, is there anyway to change songs whilst the phone is locked?

Why don't you just try out if the microphone works?

Hey confuser, have you tried swapping the silicone ends with the smaller ones? That's surprising to hear since I prefer the sound of the headphones over any of Apple's offerings.

With the default headphones, there is no way to change songs with the screen locked. I think has a model with music controls but I haven't tried it.

There might be an app that allows music control while locked. I'll check out the marketplace for you and let you know.

Yea ive changed it with the smaller ones, they just dont seem to stay in

Also with media go is there anyway to "resync" the songs? I changed the preferences to encode music to 128kbps but I cant seem to work out how to apply it to the music I already transferred

@pt020, hahaha... yes it will.

@confuser, with in-ears, there's a funny way of putting them in.

Although only Shure In-Ears actually has it in their instructions. You have to pull the top of your ear upwards (this widens your ear hole) then insert the earbud, then release. Unlike the crappy Apple earbuds, these do NOT rest in your ear. There should be complete seal around them and you shouldn't be able to hear external noises.

Even my K750i used to skip songs when pressed the volume buttons for a short while
I DO miss that

And now I've noticed some strange sounds when listening music that remind me the issues of my K750 ...
