I have a Sony AINO with the MH100 stereo streaming headset. The headset delivered great sound and I was happy with it although the volume control is hard to use. BUT all of a sudden I get no sound from it! The battery is full charged, it is paired with the telephone, Blustooth is switched on, I can play music from the telephone using an 'ordinary' SE headset - but no sound from the MH100. Does anyone have this trouble or any suggestions please?

Does it work if you use different headphones?

No, I cannot hear anything with different headphones attached to the MH100 - but can hear the music with a 'traditional' SE headset plugged into the multi-port on the telephone. I can stop and start the music play in the telephone using the central button on the MH100 and also change tracks using the arrows beside it. Everything works except the sound!

Have you changed your accoustic driver recently. It might possible that your file for transferring sound to bluetooth device is corrupted or missing.

Or if possible, try to master-reset your mh-100.

By the way, does your mh-100 work with other phones or pc?

OK I will try your two suggestions. No I have not tried the MH100 with other phones or the computer - maybe I will try that first. Thanks for your suggestions.

I paired the MH100 with my pc. Tried to play music but could not hear anything in the headset. So it seems to be the headset and not the driver in the telephone that is not functioning. Incidentally I was playing music when the headset suddenly went silent.

If you cant listen to the music from your pc as well, your handset is faulty. Either you can master-reset it or send it to sony, if it is under warranty. But as far as i know, mh-100 cant be reset. So is your last option.

Thank you. I will take it back to the shop where the telephone was bought not so long ago.
