> can't copy file mp4 format to w595 phone

I have converted the mp4 file format, and have set the parameter as: bellow
Video Encode= MPEG4(Xvid)
Video size = 320*240
Bitrate = 480
frame rate = 29.97
Aspect ratio = 4.3
when i try to transfer the file into my memory stic it load this message
"the file type is not supported in this device"
Could someone can solve this problem ?
please help me in advance

ImTOO 3GP Video Converter 3
Then choose *.3gp and drag & drop video to window.
Mark video and
manual change settings!
Example video with these settings:
Nelly Furtado - Say it right.mp4 (I just change extension from *.3gp to *.mp4)
