Welcome ladies and gentlemen to the new Camera Phone Shootout Competition. The theme of this month is:
CONTRAST
Rules are:
- The photo
must be taken by the person entering.
- The photo
must be taken during October 2010.
- Upload your entry to the
Esato Photo Gallery and then link it to your post.
- You are allowed to change your entry
once.
- Post processing
is not allowed.

picture with high contrast or picture with contraticting meaning (there's already one shoot out finished)
so its only to do with the high light with dark backgound and vice versa??

I think she means light colors and dark colors as shown in the photo of the first post. You see a dark background and a light object closed-up.
