> W995 so slow when archiving text messages

I like to keep an archive of all my text messages on the mem card of the W995, but find that even when about 500 messages are stored, the phone runs at a snails pace with any aspect of texting....when typing messages it takes 3-5 seconds for words to appear on screen ,etc....any ideas? My old C902 did not suffer from this problem at all

check your memory usage first. If you are using up most of your phone's memory it tends to slow down.
