hi i tried to do a master reset to my phone but it says that it need a code to do master reset.what code is this?i tried my codes but it said me"wrong code"

i read about a master reset and then you will have around 600 kb free.
there are two ways of master reset.the one is reset and the other is reset all.reset resets only the settings but the other delete all.
which one i have to use to have 600kb???
