I want a little help on the battery and the second line writes mAh and Wh can someone tell me what shows?

The mAh(miliAmpere hour) is a subunit of Ah. You can find more here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ampere-hour

To give you to understand. The first battery is 3.6Wh and second 3.4Wh. because they are the same I do not know what it is from Spiro

You can use both. I guess it won't matter. I onced used a K300 battery in my K700. The capacity of the K300 was better than my K700's.
