I just had T-Zones enabled on my t300, and if i use the dial-up gprs, ei: dialing-up to the internet will it still clock how many kbs i dled?

It is either dial-up or GPRS, not both. When you dial up it does not (should not) use the GPRS.

i use the T-Mobile dial thingy, every time i goto log onto the internet it says Calling +19????????? and its slower then gprs itself, so does it count twards my 1 mb thingy with t-mobile? or can I use it unlimited times?

Okay that's good!

But just for the record just in case someone else searches the forum for the answer:

When dialling up for internet access it does not use your allotted Mb. It is charged by minute instead and is not as fast as GPRS.
