I can see and play all my MP3s from the audio player, but only midi files are shown in the dialog to choose your voice ringtone. How can I make an MP3 my primary ringtone?

sorry but you cant have mp3 as ringtone. The closes you could have is wav.

So use the musicmatch box software to convert your mp3 songs to wav format.
