I did not recieve a memory card wih the software on it i needed to install onto my vivaz, i was wondering if anyone has this software and if they ould upload it for me to download?

Hi and welcome. What software do you mean? You can try Sony Ericsson Update Service -SEUS- and update your phone in order to get the content onto your phone.

this inquiry made me think somehow...

aside from the SEUS as mentioned by tranced, should there be an accompanying software/s (and in what medium, CD?) for the Vivaz as i understand that this phone is multi-featured?
